OUR MISSION & VISION

The Mission of Adventure Church is to "Love God and Love People through Encountering Jesus, Encouraging Transformation, and Engaging Others."

  • ENCOUNTER JESUs

We experience the life-changing presence of Jesus daily.

    • John 3:16-17: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
    • 2 Corinthians 5:17: "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: the old has gone, the new is here.
    • Colossians 2:6: "And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him."
  • encourage Transformation

We grow in Christ as we do life together.

    • Acts 2:42: “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
    • John 15:5: “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.
    • Hebrews 10:24-25: “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another--and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
  • engage others

We share God’s love and serve others.

    • Acts 1:8: “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
    • Matthew 28:18-20: “Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
    • Galatians 5:13-14: “You, my brothers and sisters were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to induldge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love. For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
